Come visit New York! The World Capital of Excitement! Hosted by the beautiful Brooke Shields, billed as featuring cameos by Michael J. Fox, Dustin Hoffman, Paul Hogan, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Madonna, and Cher, this video put out by the N.Y. Convention and Tourism Bureau is mostly made up of clips from feature films made in NYC in the 80’s. There’s still some awesome 80’s stock footage of a guy slaloming soda cans on a little skateboard and people dancing at a disco and there’s a really boring guy from the Visitor’s Bureau in the middle reading cue cards.

Going somewhere special? Live in a real shit hole? Send us a postcard, a drawing, or a letter and we’ll post it here and return the favor.
